They say you can not go to jail for Freedom of Speech, however by displaying my signs as Freedom of Speech & Expression, I was charged with two Fourth Degree Misdemeanors with a penalty of up to $250.00 per day and up to 30 days in jail per sign per day per violation.  I was rapidly approaching, for a single sign in my yard, a possible fine of more than $15,000.00 and a jail sentence that could have exceeded 1,800 days (5 years) before all charges were dropped.  

My signs gained national recognition and have been acknowledged by people like Jaun Williams –   American journalist, Laura Ingraham –  Fox television host, Donal Trump Jr, Donald Trump 45th President of the United States and 1,000’s of people have shared my signs on facebook and other social media platforms.

If I had not stood up to the Government Bureaucracy, I would have been stripped of my First Amendment Rights (many others would have as well).  

Once laws are passed they rarely ever get changed!

It cost $100,000 to $250,000 or more and up to eight years to appeal your case to the supreme court leaving most if not all of the average American people with no due process.

Continually our first amendment rights are being stolen from us in various forms of censorship from social media platforms, traditional media, politicians and our very own government.
